How Does the Sure Logos Design Process Work?
Ordering a logo from SureLogos.com is a quick, trouble-free process. Just follow these simple steps and you'll be on your way to a great new logo design that will arrive within a few days... or faster!
1. Decide which logo design package is right for you - We have four logo design packages to suit all needs, no matter the size or budget of your organization. Please review our logo design package options carefully before deciding which one is right for you.
2. Fill out our online order form - Once you have decided on a logo design package, click to our online order form. You will be asked to provide all the information we need to design your new logo. You may also send sketches and ideas to support@surelogos.com, or fax them to 614-386-0036. (You can take advantage of our free website template promotion by choosing from the eligible templates shown on the order page.)
Your order will be processed on our secure web server. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Paypal.
3. We begin work on your logo project immediately - As soon as you complete your order, we'll begin working on your new logo project. This is the brainstorming phase of the logo design process. We use the information that you provide to us to come up with some great ideas for your new logo design. We then assign the project to the designer(s) who is best suited for the project. If there are additional instructions that you didn't include on the order form, please contact us as soon as possible before we begin the design process. Failure to do so promptly could lead to delays and added costs.
4. We deliver your initial logo concepts - Your initial logo design will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, unless you have ordered our 36-hour rush service. The number of logo concepts and revisions you are entitled to depends on the logo design package you ordered. Our basic package, the Sapphire Logo Design Package, includes one logo with no alterations. The Silver Logo Design Package gives you one logo and one revision. The Amber and Emerald Logo Design Packages include multiple logo concepts and unlimited alterations.
5. We deliver your final logo design- Once the design process has been completed, your final logo design will be emailed to you in the file formats that are included in the logo package you selected. The Amber and Emerald Logo Design Packages include a CD of all your logo files. The Emerald Package also includes stationery design.
When you order the Sapphire Logo Design Package, your logo will be delivered in these file formats:
JPG versions (150 dpi) - four sizes ready for web use
GIF versions (72 dpi) - four sizes ready for web use
Layered PSD (Adobe Photoshop) version (72 DPI)
When you order the Silver, Amber, or Emerald Logo Design Package, you will receive your logo in the following file formats:
JPG versions (150 dpi) - four sizes ready for web use
GIF versions (72 dpi) - four sizes ready for web use
Vector PDF version
TIF (Tagged Image Format) version (300 DPI)
Vector EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) version
Vector AI (Adobe Illustrator) version
Layered PSD (Adobe Photoshop) version (300 DPI)
Grayscale GIF version - for copyright registration, if needed.
