Who Owns the Rights to my Logo?
You do! Sure Logos will provide you with a unique design that you own the rights to!
If I Order a Logo Package from Sure Logos, what will I Receive?
All logo packages come with your final unique logo design sent to you in electronic form via email. You will also receive a CD version, if you have 
purchased either our Amber or Emerald logo design package. Your final logo design will be provided in JPG, transparent PNG, and PSD, Adobe AI, vector EPS, vector PDF, and TIFF versions, unless you have purchased our Sapphire logo package. Our Sapphire logo design package is provided in Web format only. If you have purchased our Sapphire logo package and would like the other file types, you may purchase them for an additional charge.
What Information Should I Provide Before My Professional Logo Is Designed?
Prior to creating your professional logo design, we ask for the name of your business, what type of organization it is, whether you have some ideas about your custom logo or banner, and what colors are to be included. You may also email or fax any information or ideas to us! If you have a specific design in mind, we ask that you provide to us as much information as possible at the time that you order. If you are open to your new design, that is fine with us as well!
What About My Professional Logo Design Colors?
First, the colors in your logo can have a huge impact on your visitors. "Warm" colors can seem to be more "out front" and "exciting", while "cool" colors tend to be "relaxing" by nature. You need to think about what your logo should convey, when choosing your colors.
Second, because you want your professional logo design to be remembered, keep the actual colors to a minimum. When it comes to logo colors, less is more. Including "black" as a color, a quality logo should have no more than two or three colors as a rule. More colors may be included at your request, however.
BLACK symbolizes authority, power, boldness, seriousness, is distinguishing and classic. Business wise it's great for creating a dramatic effect.
BLUE symbolizes security, authority, faithfulness and dignity. It symbolizes sanctuary and fiscal responsibility.
BROWN symbolizes richness, politeness, helpfulness and effectiveness. In business it symbolizes reliability.
GRAY symbolizes authority, practicality, restfulness, earnestness and creativity. Business wise it is traditional and conservative. It also has a cooling affect, if used with other vibrant colors.
GREEN symbolizes health, fertility, freedom, freshness, healing, and tranquility. Businesses use it to communicate status and wealth. It is the easiest color on the eye and can improve vision.
ORANGE symbolizes pleasure, cool, excitement, cheer, endurance, strength and ambition.
PINK symbolizes femininity, gentleness, well being and innocence.
PURPLE symbolizes spirituality, royalty, luxury, wealth, sophistication, authority, and upscale.
RED symbolizes excitement, strength, passion, vitality, aggressiveness and commands attention. The most emotionally intense color, red stimulates a faster heartbeat and breathing.
WHITE symbolizes refined, purity, devotion, contemporary and truthfulness. For business it can be sterile and refreshing. The best color on the web for a background color.
YELLOW symbolizes warmth, sunshine, cheer, happiness, and the intellectual. Yellow enhances concentration, hence its use for legal pads. It also speeds metabolism. It is the most difficult color for the eye to take in, so it can be overpowering if overused.
What Is The Normal Logo Turnaround Time?
Logos are usually completed within 3 to 5 business days from the time you place your order, although they may be completed sooner than the standard turnaround time. Needed revisions will also take 3 to 5 business days, if part of your professional logo design package.
Is Rush Logo and Graphic Service Available?
Yes. Our 36 hour Rush service is available for an additional charge. Our rush service is not available with our Emerald Logo Design Package or with any website package.
How Do I Receive My New Professional Logo Design?
You will receive your new logo via E-Mail with instructions on how to save them to your computer. You must set your email program to accept attachments. Your logo will also be delivered to you on CD, if you have purchased our Amber or Emerald logo package. If not, you may purchase a CD backup of your final logo design.
In What File Format Do I Receive My Logo?
All logo designs are provided in JPG(150dpi) and transparent PNG versions in four sizes each. These are the standard file formats for website and Internet applications.
Our Silver, Amber, and Emerald Logo Packages also come with a TIFF (300dpi), Adobe Illustrator AI, vector PDF, vector EPS, and grayscale GIF versions. These file formats are used for offline printing purposes, including business cards, letterhead, brochures, signage, and more! Our vector files are fully scaleable, which means you may reduce or enlarge the size of these versions without any pixelation!
What is the Sure Logos Revision Policy?
Our professional logo designs and graphics are designed with thought and detail, based on the information that you provide. Unlimited alterations are part of our Amber and Emerald logo design packages! Our website packages have a limited number of revisions, as well as our Silver logo design package. Please refer to the website design package for the number of revisions.
If you have purchased our Sapphire logo design package, any changes, additions, or revisions after design delivery will be an additional charge. Sure Logos will provide a URL for customers who request changes, additions, or revisions. Revision charges are as follows...
- $15 for package revisions that do not require a new design or a complete overhaul of the original design. This only includes color, font, or position changes needed.
- $25 for a new design of a logo previously ordered.
If you have previously ordered a logo from Sure Logos, and you would like to order a revision, you may order your revision HERE. To avoid additional charges, you may contact us to see whether we have started design work on your logo. This helps to keep costs to a minimum. We also send your logo via E-Mail, which also helps keep costs down.
May I upgrade my Sapphire Logo Package?

What If I Lose My Logo?
Our logo customers receive LIFETIME backup service for their purchase. If at anytime you lose your logo, we will E-Mail a copy to you for life!
